Content Writing

AGSKart Digital Pvt Ltd® agrees to create written content for the Client’s website as per their request and in accordance with the approved terms.

AGSKart Digital® will exercise reasonable diligence to ensure the accuracy of all facts and statements in the content and to avoid any infringement of copyrights or third-party rights.

The Client retains the right to review and edit the content within the agreed timeframe. AGSKart Digital® will collaborate with the Client during the editing and review process before publication.

The Client is responsible for reviewing the final draft for accuracy, including grammar, spelling, statements, and claims. AGSKart Digital® will not be held liable for any errors identified after the website goes live.

Web Design & Development

AGSKart Digital Pvt Ltd® agrees to design and develop a website at the Client’s request and deliver it as per the mutually agreed terms.

The Client is responsible for defining the website’s structure, number of pages, and any additional requirements.

The Client must provide AGSKart Digital® with suitable images or photography for use in the design.

The Client is responsible for purchasing and registering a domain name. AGSKart Digital® may provide suggestions but is not responsible for domain registration.

AGSKart Digital® is not liable for any grammatical or other errors found in the materials provided by the Client.

AGSKart Digital® will address errors and implement revisions requested by the Client. However, a maximum of three revisions is allowed (subject to the selected package). Major design changes will not be included in the revision process.

Any change requests after final approval or after the website is live will incur additional charges. Work on such requests will only commence after full payment is received.

A "Web Design by AGSKart Digital®" credit link will be added to the footer of each website developed. Removing this branding will incur a fee.

AGSKart Digital® is not responsible for issues such as hacking, ranking losses, or website errors due to the nature of online business operations.

Website development or digital marketing projects can be canceled only if work has not yet started. Cancellations will not be accepted beyond one calendar day from the project initiation.

Once the website is live, paid support will be available at a rate of ₹500 + 18% GST per request.

Logo & Graphic Design

AGSKart Digital Pvt Ltd® aims to create unique logos and offers recommendations based on research and concept development.

If a trademark application for a designed logo is rejected for any reason, the Client may request an alternative design.

Clients can contact AGSKart Digital® for variations if they encounter issues during trademark registration. However, since AGSKart Digital® does not have access to the complete trademark registry, it is impossible to guarantee that a chosen logo is entirely unique.

The final proposal or any terms agreed upon via email will be considered in addition to the terms stated on this page.
