Clients may cancel a website development or digital marketing project only if work has not started.
Cancellations will not be accepted after 1 calendar day from the project initiation.
If a cancellation request is made within the permissible timeframe, any advance payment made may be partially refunded, subject to deductions for administrative and processing costs.
Once work has begun, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.
Cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of work.
If the project is already in progress, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
Clients who request modifications to delivered work may be entitled to limited revisions as per their package terms but cannot cancel once the work has been delivered.
Refunds will only be processed if a cancellation request meets the conditions stated above.
No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.
Payments for services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Website Maintenance are non-refundable as these services require extensive effort and investment.
Domain name registration, hosting, third-party tools, or software purchases are non-refundable as they are procured from external service providers.
If the Client cancels within the permissible timeframe and no work has been started, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative costs, transaction fees, and initial consultation charges.
If only a portion of the work has been completed, no refunds will be issued for the work already performed.
No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after work is delivered as per agreed specifications.
Failure to communicate or provide required project details on time does not qualify for a refund.
Refund requests citing lack of results in digital marketing campaigns will not be entertained, as online marketing results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Clients are requested to contact us first in case of any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider.
Any chargebacks filed without prior discussion will be treated as a violation of this policy, and AGSKart Digital Pvt Ltd® reserves the right to take necessary legal action.
